Travel Agent — Flight Booking Specialist
Handle inbound customer calls to research, quote, and book domestic and international airfares. Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) required.
Requirements
- 1+ years GDS experience
- Knowledge of airline rules, fares, and ticketing
- Excellent verbal communication
- Available to work shifts including evenings/weekends
Customer Support Specialist
Assist existing customers with booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel enquiries via phone and email.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Calm, empathetic communicator
- Basic familiarity with air travel booking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Operations Coordinator
Support daily office operations including record keeping, vendor coordination, and administrative support for the booking team.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Attention to detail
- Prior admin or travel industry experience a plus
