Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website or services of Tresta Flights, operated by US Auto Solutions LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Tresta Flights is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, airline representative, or official booking portal for any airline. We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines or other travel suppliers to facilitate flight reservations. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable airline or travel supplier.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any airline. Brand names of airlines referenced on our Site are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes to identify travel services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. Booking Process and Accuracy

When you request a flight booking through us, you are authorizing us to act as your agent in making a reservation with the applicable airline. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including names as they appear on government-issued identification. We accept no liability for booking failures or denied boarding resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

Fares quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. We will notify you of any fare changes before final confirmation.

4. Pricing and Fees

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include applicable airline taxes and fees as disclosed at the time of booking.
• Service fees charged by Tresta Flights will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
• Changes in airline-imposed taxes and fees after ticketing are the responsibility of the airline.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount disclosed at booking. All transactions are subject to verification and fraud screening.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change policies vary by airline, fare type, and ticket conditions. Many discounted fares are non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing the fare rules before confirming any booking.

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with the airline's policy and may take 7–21 business days.
• Service fees paid to Tresta Flights are generally non-refundable unless the booking was not completed due to our error.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, transit permits) required for your journey. We recommend checking requirements with the relevant embassy or consular authorities. We accept no liability for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

8. Airline Obligations

The contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline. The airline is responsible for the operation of the flight, baggage policies, seat allocation, in-flight services, and compliance with aviation regulations. Any claims relating to the flight itself (delays, cancellations, baggage, personal injury) should be directed to the airline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, US Auto Solutions LLC and Tresta Flights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any booking made through us. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for acts or omissions of airlines, airports, or other third-party suppliers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that fares quoted will remain available until booking is confirmed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
