Tresta Flights, operated by US Auto Solutions LLC, charges service fees for the professional travel consulting and booking services we provide. These fees are separate from, and in addition to, the airfare and airline-imposed taxes and charges.
All applicable service fees are fully disclosed to you before any payment is taken or ticket is issued. You will never be charged a service fee you have not agreed to.
1. New Booking Service Fees
The following fees apply to new flight booking services. The exact fee for your booking will be quoted at the time of the transaction.

2. What Our Service Fee Covers
Our service fee compensates us for:
- Real-time fare research across GDS and airline direct channels
- Expert consultation on routing, fare rules, and fare class options
- Booking, ticketing, and itinerary management
- Pre-travel support and itinerary delivery
- Post-booking liaison with airlines for standard queries
3. Fare Quoted = Fare + Taxes + Service Fee
The total amount you are asked to authorize includes: (a) the base airfare, (b) airline-imposed taxes and surcharges, and (c) our service fee. Each component is disclosed before you confirm. We do not charge any undisclosed or hidden fees.
4. Refundability of Service Fees
Service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and ticketed, as they compensate us for services already rendered. In the rare event of a booking error solely attributable to Tresta Flights, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
